Can you create custom plant designs that fit our brand and space?
Our specialty is boutique plant installations that enhance your brand and space. We combine deep plant expertise with a refined design aesthetic to deliver something unique, sustainable, and enjoyable.

Do you provide both plants and planters, or just the plants?
We provide a full white-glove service—plants, planters, installation, and ongoing maintenance. We’re also happy to partner with your architects, designers, or project stakeholders.

Do you offer rental options, or only purchase and maintenance?
Both. Choose plant rental with included maintenance, or purchase plants + pots with an ongoing maintenance plan. As long as we maintain the installation, we guarantee it will look great and grow with you.

Pricing & Contracts

How much does a plant installation for an office typically cost?
Costs vary by space and scope. As a guide: Small (≈10 employees) €2,000–€5,000; Medium (10–50) €5,000–€15,000; Large (50+) €8,000+.

Do you offer monthly maintenance contracts, and what do they include?
Yes—bi-weekly visits covering watering, fertilizing, pruning, pest control, and free replacements if anything declines.

What is the difference in pricing between renting plants and owning them?
Purchase builds a long-term asset with lower monthly maintenance; rental trades the upfront spend for a predictable monthly fee and included replacements.

Is there a minimum contract length for plant rental or maintenance?
Rentals start at 12 months. Maintenance starts with a 12-month term, then switches to month-to-month. While we maintain, replacements are included at no extra cost.

Can we start with a smaller package and scale up later?
Absolutely—many clients start small and expand once they see the impact.

Maintenance & Care

How often do you visit for plant maintenance?
Typically every 2 weeks; weekly during summer for faster growth and watering needs.

What happens if a plant dies — do you replace it?
Yes. While we’re your maintenance provider, replacements are included.

Do we need to water or care for the plants ourselves between visits?
No—just enjoy the greenery and the focus-boosting benefits.

Can you handle pest control or plant health issues on-site?
Yes. We use safe, research-backed methods to prevent and treat issues proactively.

Do you offer seasonal refreshes or rotations of plants?
Yes—seasonal rotations and refreshes are available on request.

Logistics

How long does installation usually take?
Design + install typically 2–4 weeks. Custom fabrications can take up to ~2 months; we’ll confirm timelines during consultation.

Do you work with architects or interior designers during the planning phase?
Yes—regular collaboration ensures plants integrate seamlessly with your overall design.

Can installations be done outside office hours to avoid disruption?
Yes. We can install evenings/weekends. Plant deliveries occur on weekdays.

Do you cover all of Berlin, or also other parts of Germany / Europe?
Our core service area is Berlin (inside the Ring). For larger projects we travel across Germany/EU.

What happens if our company moves offices — can the plants move with us?
We’ll relocate and re-establish your plants so they thrive in the new space.

Where do your plants come from — are they sourced sustainably?
Grown right here in the EU with sustainable practices.

Do you use natural or artificial plants?
99% real living plants; high-quality artificial options only where light or access is insufficient.

How do you ensure the plants thrive in low-light office spaces?
We match species to conditions, add grow-light solutions when needed, and monitor health at each visit.

Can you include air-purifying or biophilic design plants?
Yes—biophilic design is core to our approach, supporting cleaner air, focus, and well-being.
